The benefits, pay, and time off are all adequate.
Cons
Still the "veterans" are besides caught upwards in function gossip to properly train their new employees. Its quite intimidating and 60 minutes isn't helpful as they are all very friendly.

The job is desk piece of work by and large and the bodily assignments aren't bad. It'southward also like shooting fish in a barrel-going work rules, but property revenue enhancement is pretty boring. The employees are chill
Cons
It is repetitive and upset taxpayers are never fun. Besides, they are super weird about using your phone and sending texts. I understand not actively scrolling on your phone or existence on it for long periods of time, only we always got emails about phone usage and having your telephone on your desk. Also, they expect you to know certain aspects of the job (like the procedure for dealing with taxpayers and tax offices) right away when you're only given verbal instructions. Some kind of manual for all new employees would exist helpful.
